45-350 |
These Ideal strippers remove the outer jacket of 250um
or 900um cables. The replaceable precision-ground blades
cleanly strip insulations and coatings, The improved
spring mounting returns handles to original position
after every application.
One-step, 900 micron stripping hole provides broader
stripping range. Extra durable to
withstand normal drops without requiring tool alignment.
The new gauge color makes fiber and hole identification
easier. Improved comfort-grip handles for an easier,
more comfortable stripping process |
|
45-352 |
The Ideal stripping tool has 2 V notches. The small
stripping v-notch is designed to remove buffer and
coating material from 125u fiber and the larger
stripping v-notch is designed to strip wide range of
outer cable jacket insulations. The blade area is
heat-treated for durability and laser marked for easy
identification. This tool is extra durable to withstand
normal drops without requiring tool realignment |

MS-SK-2 |
The Single-Fiber Thermal Stripping Kit
MS-SK-2 includes the patented Soft-Strip thermal
stripper and components necessary for stripping discrete
fibers with cladding diameter up to 900µm. It is powered
by an AC electrical adapter or by a 6V battery. It comes
with a blade cleaning brush and a component removal and
insertion tool. A variety of seven common fiber guides
and six blade sets with 0.0055, 0.008, 0.010, 0.014,
0.021, and 0.025 stripping capability and corresponding

Ripley
Jacket and Coating Strippers
FO 103-D-J
FO 103-D-250
FO 103-T-250-J
|
Ripley’s dual-hole FO 103-D-J are
standard 125µm fiber strippers for 250µm removal to
125µm. Use the second hole for stripping 2 to 3mm fiber
jackets. The dual-hole Ripley’s FO 103-D-250 are
standard 125-µm fiber strippers for 250-µm removal to
125µm. The second hole strips 900µm tight buffer
coating. Ripley’s FO 103-T-250-J is a tri-hole
model that performs all common fiber stripping functions
in one compact tool. Use it for standard 250 to 125µm
stripping. The second hole removes 900µm tight buffer to
250µm buffer coating. The third hole is used to remove
the cable jacket.

|
CFS-2 |
The Clauss
CFS-2 removes 250µm coating from 125µm fiber. |
|
FJS-2 |
The Clauss FJS-2 fiber optic
jacket stripper removes the outside jacket from fiber
optic cable. Two stripping notches with 1.25mm and 1.5mm
diameter holes can be used on various size cables. |
|
FO-R12
|
The FO-R12 fiber ribbon access
tool removes outer jackets from 12 count fiber ribbons.
It is factory set and requires no adjustment. Using this
tool prevents scratching and nicking of optical fibers.
|
|
RFJS-12 |
The RFJS-12 ribbon fiber jacket
stripper is designed for easy removal of jacket from
12-count ribbon fiber without damaging the underlying
fibers. The new design incorporates more comfortable
grips and ergonomic handles. It is manufactured to
precise tolerances to assure clean, smooth strips. |
