The 400 Series Kit - Fiber Buffer Tube and Drop Cable Slitter for mid-span and end slitting of hard fiber buffer tubes and fiber drop cable has interchangeable color coded head blocks matched to buffer tube or drop cable size. Standard kit contains tool body and 3 pairs of interchangeable heads all packed in a durable plastic carrying case. Block sizes included in standard kit, slit the following cable sizes: 2.3-2.5 mm, 2.7-3.0 mm and 4.4x8.2 mm

The 405 - Fiber Buffer Tube and Drop Cable Slitter are for mid-span and end slitting of hard buffer tubes and fiber drop cable. Different models are available matched to the size of buffer tube or drop cable to be prepared. The dual blade design is self closing for safety.

The CF-ACS is a professional grade tool, ideal for slitting the corrugated copper, steel or aluminum armor layer on Fiber Feeder, Central Tube, Stranded Loose Tube fiber optic cables and other armored cables. Tool slits outer polyethylene jacket and armor in one operation. Blade rotates 90° for mid-span preparation.

RCS-158

The RCS-114 and RCS-158 are designed for fast, safe, and precise jacket removal of PE, PVC, rubber, and other jackets. The RCS-114 is for smaller diameter cables 0.178 to 1.14 inches (4.5 - 29mm) and the RCS-158 is for larger diameter cables 0.75 to 1.58 inches (19 - 40mm).

The KT35 cable cutter is suitable for stranded & flexible copper and aluminum cable up to 500 MCM (240 mm˛) or diameter of 1.40" (35mm). The blades are shaped so that cable is not deformed when cut & it therefore maintains its round shape.
